- About the service fee

If the authenticity is found to be questionable after selecting the authenticity option, the product order will be cancelled.
The selection cannot be changed after ordering
Customers who select the "Authentication" option will be charged separately for the authentication fee.

- About the items

If the authenticity of an item is in doubt as a result of the authenticity test, aside from the authentication fee, all other fees will be refunded.
Even if the authenticity option is displayed on the Buyee item page, it may not be possible to authenticate the item.
In the case of an item for which the authenticity option is available, if the item is determined to be ineligible for an appraisal, the authentication fee will be refunded without doing appraisal even if the "Authentication Option" is selected.
(e.g., items that have deteriorated over time, collaboration items, etc.)

If you choose the authenticity option, you cannot choose the Light Plan (0 yen) or the Insured Delivery Plan.
Due to the authentication process, registration of the package will take more time than usual, we ask for your understanding in advance.
