If you want to quickly find products that are eligible for “Buyee Authentication”, use the search filter!

Check the “Buyee Authentication” checkbox in the left side menu to display only items that are available for authentication.
2 Select and request the appraisal option

By selecting "Authenticity Appraisal Option" on the purchase checkout screen, your appraisal request will be completed!

* This option can be selected for products that are compatible with Mercari Anshin Appraisal.

3 After appraisal, the product is delivered to the warehouse.

A professional appraiser checks the item according to strict standards.

No issues	Delivered to Buyee warehouse.

How much does authenticity appraisal cost?

An appraisal fee will be charged when you use the authenticity service.
The fee is paid together with the item price, and the amount varies depending on the product category.

Sneakers	1,900 yen (tax included) * Balenciaga sneakers falls under “Luxury Fashion and Accessories”.
Street Fashion and Accessories	2,600 yen (tax included) * The only applicable product categories are as follows: Bags, small items, accessories, tops, jackets, outerwear, shoes, hats, pants and dresses
Luxury Fashion and Accessories	4,300 yen (tax included)
Trading Card	1,700 yen (tax included) * There is no additional charge for multiple appraisals.

About Usage Fees

If an item is determined to be a fake after selecting the authenticity option, the order will be canceled.
You cannot change the option after you have placed your order.
If you select the authenticity option, an appraisal fee will be charged. Please confirm the fee when you select the option.

About the Products

If the appraisal cannot determine that the item meets the criteria, the item will be determined to be “below appraisal standard” and will be returned to the seller for a refund.
Even if the “Authenticity Appraisal Option” is displayed on the Buyee product page, there may be cases where the appraisal is not available.
Even if the item is eligible for appraisal, the transaction will be canceled if the conditions are not met. In such cases, the item will be returned to the seller for a refund.
Examples: items that have deteriorated significantly over time, items from collaborations, etc.

About Shipping

When the authenticity appraisal option is selected, the Light Plan and the Insured Delivery Plan are not available.
Since the package will be registered after the appraisal is completed, it will take longer than usual to ship.
