After you win an auction item, the winning bid price is automatically withdrawn from your account, but there are have been rare cases where the payment process has failed.

If this is the case, please proceed to your 'My Page' and complete the payment process within the payment period.

If you make a successful bid for a product worth 10,000 yen or more during the cashback period, 5% of the successful bid amount will be cashed back to you!

Note:Only applies to successful payments made after a successful bid.

・Items that were won from a successful bid of 10,000 yen or more during the cashback period will be eligible for the cashback.

・Items that were bid on before the given cashback period will not be eligible for the cashback promotion.

・Points payments are not eligible for the cashback promotion.

・You will receive a 5% cashback on the won auction item. Other fees such as payment fee, optional service fee and shipping fee are required separately.

・If your bid is higher than 300,000 yen, Buyee will conduct an inspection.

・Successful bids made outside of the cashback period will not be eligible for cashback.

・Even if the product is eligible for cashback, you will still not receive it if the big payment has not been made within the indicated period.
