• Even if you apply for an order with Buyee during the promotion period, the coupon may not be issued if Buyee has not completed the purchase with Mercari. Normally, it takes 1-2 business days from when a customer applies for an order at Buyee until Buyee completes the purchase at Mercari.
  • There are cases where this period may exceed 2 business days.
• If your first Mercari order is cancelled, you will still be eligible to receive the coupon on your next Mercari order.
• Please note that if the registered user account or order are found to be invalid, the coupon may not be issued.

Using 5% OFF Item Price Coupons

• This coupon can only be used on Mercari.
• This coupon can only be used for purchasing Mercari products worth more than 3,000 yen.
• Save 5% on your Mercari order (tax-included prices) with the coupon.
• Each customer can receive one coupon.
• One coupon can be used up to 10 times.
• The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Discount prices with a decimal point will be rounded by removing the part after the decimal.
• Can't use the coupon along with other item price coupon or Buyee service fee coupon.
• Domestic shipping fees, international shipping fees and other optional service fees are not included.
• Please be aware that the discount will not be applied if the order is out of stock or cancelled for any reason.
• The campaign coupon cannot be reused when the order has been cancelled for any reason.
• Only customers living in countries outside of Japan will be able to use the coupon for Mercari items.
• We cannot assist you if you have forgotten to use your coupon before the end of the coupon usage period.

Using 500 Yen or 1,000 Yen International Shipping Coupons

• Only one coupon will be given to each participating customer. The coupon can be used to ship only for one package.
• When you use your coupon, the international shipping price will be reduced by either 500 yen or 1,000 yen.
• The amount of "10,000 yen or more, 20,000 yen or more" that is the condition for coupon distribution will be calculated based on the shopping amount before coupon discount.
• Other usage fees such as the domestic shipping fee and plan fee are required separately.

• If you wish to add optional services (such as package consolidation or protective packaging) to your order, the discount coupon will become invalid if you do not complete applying for all optional services before the end of the coupon usage period.
• For your convenience, please finish applying for any optional services by 4~5 days before the end of the coupon usage period.
• In some cases, consolidated packages may be shipped in separate boxes. In this case, the coupon can only be applied to one box.
• Please note that if a discounted package is canceled or returned, we cannot reissue the discount coupon.
