• Coupons are available for purchases of 25,000 yen or more at participating stores during the campaign period.
• Purchase totaling 25,000 yen or more made on participating stores will be eligible. (Excluding proxy purchase fee and plan fee costs)
• Purchases made with Add to Buyee are not eligible for use with these coupons. Please complete your purchase by utilizing the Buyee Overseas Purchase Cart from the participating site.
• Only one coupon will be issued.
• Even if a purchase is made that includes multiple shop items, only one coupon will be issued.
• Coupons can only be used one time.
• Please note that in cases where we determine there to be an issue with the user registration or order, a coupon may not be issued.
• We may halt the shipment of packages for orders made with coupons obtained by the improper creation of multiple accounts

Coupon Usage

• How to use the coupon
• Use the coupon to receive a 3,000 yen discount off the international shipping fee. Other fees such as Japan domestic shipping (from the seller to Buyee's warehouse) and plan fees are not included.
• The coupon can only be used for the shipment of one package.
• The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The coupon can be used for packages that contain at least one item from a participating store. However, in cases where participating store items are divided into multiple packages, the coupon can only be applied to one package.
• This coupon cannot be used together with other international shipping fee discount coupons.
• The coupon will no longer be usable after the coupon usage period has passed. Please make sure to complete the international shipping procedure within the coupon usage period.
• If a qualifying package has been canceled or returned, the coupon will not be reissued. We will not be able to offer support in cases where a user has forgotten to apply the coupon.
• For packages that have been requested to add optional services such as extra packaging, if the coupon usage period ends before these services are completed then the coupon will no longer be usable. We recommend requesting any optional extra services by 4~5 days before the end of the usage period.
