Coupon Usage

• The coupon validity period is the same as the promotion period.
• The coupon can be used when shopping for products at shops participating in the promotion.
• The coupon can be used to waive the buyee purchasing fee.
• One coupon will be issued per customer.
• Each coupon can be used up to five times.
• The coupon cannot be exchanged for money.
• When making a purchase, this coupon cannot be combined with other fee discount coupons.
• Other usage charges such as Japanese shipping fees, international shipping fees, etc, are still required separately.
• No discount will be given if the order is out of stock, canceled, or otherwise determined by us to be an unreasonable order after a proxy purchase. Also, please note that the coupon will be considered to have been used and cannot be re-used afterwards.
• We are unable to provide support if you forget to use the coupon.
• If after requesting a proxy purchase the purchase cannot be made due to a shortage, the coupon will be returned and can be used again.
