Coupon Acquisition

• Please note that the coupon will not be given if we determine that there is an issue with the user's registration or order.
• If a user is found to have made multiple accounts in order to acquire extra coupons, there is a chance that shipment of any related packages may be halted.

Service Fees FREE Coupon

• The coupon's validity period and the promotion period are the same.
• The coupon can only be used when bidding on an item of 10,000 yen or more (current price) on Yahoo! JAPAN Auction. If the current price is less than 10,000 yen, the coupon will not be usable even if the bid price is more than 10,000 yen.
• The coupon is only usable on Yahoo! JAPAN Auction.
• When you use the coupon, the Buyee service fee will be free of charge.
• One coupon will be issued per person.
• The coupon can only be applied 1 time.
• The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
• When placing the bid, the coupon cannot be combined with other service fee discount coupons.
• Other usage fees such as the domestic shipping fee and international shipping fee are required separately.
• Please note that the discount will not be granted when the item is out of stock, cancelled, or when there is determined to be an issue with the purchase. Furthermore, the coupon use number will still be deducted as if it had been used, and will not be usable again afterwards.
• We will not be able to provide support if you forget to use the coupon on your order.
• If you did not win the auction after placing the bid, the coupon will be re-issued and become usable again.
